Ya I rarely make fan art. Have pretty much devoted myself into creating OCs this whole time but it's really refreshing to do this once in a while. ;D
Neku Sakuraba from The World Ends With You. Never played the game but I like the character designs though. Felt like adding a few twists to Neku's original design. Inspired by Cloud's "Cloudy Wolf" costume + changing the color scheme + alt hair + othermodsandwhatnot = the result above
